Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship products internationally. However, all international orders must be prepaid with money order, cashier's check. Once we receive your payment it will be applied to your account with us in a form of a company credit that can be used for purchases on YEPEY web site. You must contact us about your order! What payment methods do you accept?

Mail or Fax Orders - we accept Visa, Master Card, money orders and cashier's checks. 

Phone Orders - we only  accept  Visa, Master Card.

What can you guarantee about this products?
We guarantee that all this products is free of defects or you may return it immediately! You can return it to us within 30 days from the date of the delivery.
What is your return policy?
This return policy is applicable to all products
If you are not fully  satisfied with your order return it immediately! Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We must receive your return immediately. (Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.)
For unwanted returns - we will charge 35% of restocking fee. (Merchandise value excluding the shipping charges).
For Defective items - we will exchange it with non-defective items (Again, Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We must receive your return with in 30 days) or you can easily return it to the Manufacturer! Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Are shipping charges is refundable?
Sorry, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except if the Supplier has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer.  In this case, Customer must contact Yepey - Click here to fill up form! to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or we will send you a full refund! You must informed us immediately upon the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.
Are your products new or factory reconditioned?
If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (R) next to the model number. If there is no (R) next to the model number the product is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package was shipped a tracking will be posted in your account. You will also receive an email notification.
