RETURN POLICY

This return policy is applicable to all products
If you are not fully satisfied with your order return it immediately! Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We must receive your return immediately. (Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.)

For unwanted returns - we will charge 35% of restocking fee. (Merchandise value excluding the shipping charges).

For Defective items - we will exchange it with non-defective items (Again, Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We must receive your return immediatel) or you can easily return it to the Manufacturer! Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

Return without RMA#, we will charge 60% of Merchandise value for restocking fee!
